FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Man, this one is a hard one.  I work strange hours but  I will always try to answer messages and emails as soon as I get them so that you will have the answers to your questions or concerns ASAP.  Sessions can be done during the weekdays or weekends, some weekend spots are limited.   I do have Studio space so I can work day or night and in any weather.  I know this didn't give you a direct answer but maybe it answered it enough that you know that I will be working hard to give you the experience and the outcome to your session that you desire.

I am located in North Central Arkansas in a very small town of 1700 people.  Yes, you read that correct only 1700 people and I love living in this small town of Salem, Arkansas it is great to be able to watch families grow through the images that I capture for them year after year.

Reservations are a must in my line of work, With everyone being on tight schedules I try to make sure that everyone can get in when it is convenient for them.  I do my best but sometimes we have to compromise on dates and/or times.

Payments are accepted in all forms, credit cards, cash, checks, paypal or if needed we can arrange payment plans for the higher priced packages.

Waiting times for images to be delivered varies from 2 to 4 weeks.   I always try to give sneak peeks from the session within 24 hours and deliver the galleries  for viewing within 4 weeks.

Cancellation on some sessions have a non refundable deposit, some I don't require a deposit but if it is something that is a constant cancel and reschedule I can and will require a non refundable deposit.   Cancellations happen they can happen due to illness or weather and those are understandable reasons.

I do charge to travel for any location that is over 50 miles. Any location that is 50 miles past my location will be charged $25 min and then will be discussed on the fair amount for the remainder of the miles.
